体外再生型凝结水处理系统中树脂的输送技术
Resin  transfer  technology  in  condensate  polishing  system  of  off-line  regeneration

[摘  要]  对于体外再生型凝结水处理系统而言，树脂作为流动介质在各设备间进行来回的输送。考虑到树脂在水中的流动性能，设备内部的结构型式及布置应合理，同时还要求掌握合适的操作技术，以保证树脂的彻底输送。

Abstract:  As  far  as  condensate  polishing  system  of  off-line  regeneration  is  concerned,  resin  is  transferred  between  vessels  as  mobile  object.  To  take  into  account  the  mobility  of  resin  in  water,  model  and  layout  of  the  internal  structure  of  vessels  should  be  reasonable.  At  the  same  time,  it  is  necessary  to  command  the  right  operating  skill  in  order  to  transfer  resin  thoroughly.

一、前言
　　在体外再生型凝结水处理系统中，树脂作为被转移的对象在混床及各再生设备间进行来回的输送。当树脂从一设备向另一设备内输送时，如果输送得不彻底，将会造成混床间树脂量有的多有的少，并且会带来阳阴树脂的体积比失调、混床的出水水质变差等一系列不良后果。
　　根据树脂在设备间的输送情况，树脂的送出率主要与设备的内部结构、树脂本身的流动性能及操作方式等因素有关。由于球形树脂颗粒在水溶液中并非是自由流动的，因而将树脂视为自由流体或忽视设备内部结构的布置，都将影响到树脂的输送效果。
