4.5 实际性能与设计比较
2002 年11 月18 号清洗之前曾取1 号系统的水样进行分析,以确定膜元件的工作性能。
将实际的数据和用ROSA 5.02 ⑾ 计算的数据进行比较,实际的操作压力比按照新膜元件的计算压力高15%。由于这是在未清洗的情况下,此数值完全在允许的范围之内。该时间段原水电导率很低,只有545 μS/cm。此时产水电导为11 μS/cm ,与设计的TDS 计算值6.8mg/L相当,氯离子含量在设计范围内(0.6mg/L),硝酸盐(1.6mg/L)和硅含量(0.07mg/L)低于设计值(2.1mg/L 和 0.14mg/L)。在80%回收率时系统的DOC(溶解有机碳)脱除率为97%。
5 结论
经过两年的运行经验总结,可以说明采用抗污染膜元件结合每星期使用DBNPA 生物杀菌剂可以成功解决生物污染的问题。在整个系统的运行过程中没有发现生物污染,每年只需两次清洗。截至观察期结束,膜元件在产水量和脱盐率方面始终保持新膜的水平。而且在 40℃ 、pH 12 下的清洗对膜元件的脱盐率以及随后的污染速率并没有不利影响。
